Removes the need to touch the Text Input Panel (TIP) icon after touching text input areas. When running TipPopper, the TIP will appear whenever you touch a text input area.
Also assigns a keyboard shortcut (Windows key + Enter) to the TIP which can be set as one of the pen flicks, to easily open/close the TIP (very useful in certain applications that don't show the TIP button when you click on a text box.)
Toggle the TIP. Manually assign a hotkey to this
program, and then set
a pen flick for this hotkey. A quick flick, and the TIP is up and
running, removing the need to locate it on the screen and activate it
to bring it up (or to dock it, for that matter). The same quick flick
will hide the panel.
